Søren Vagner Nielsen

Søren Vagner Nielsen is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team and has extensive experience in litigation for all courts in Denmark.

Søren assists clients in resolving business litigation in a number of areas. He has In recent years, special focus has been on advising and litigation on breach of contract and interpretation of contracts.

Through a number of cases, he has accumulated solid expertise in dealing with occupational injury cases for insurance companies, and he deals with cases under both the Liability and Occupational Insurance Act.

At the same time, Søren is conducting a large number of lawsuits relating to personal injury and property damage in the event of road accidents, contracted, accident and labor insurance, as well as adviser liability, especially in the field of construction technology. In addition, he deals with litigation on product liability, loss of life insurance and general insurance law issues.

Søren has supplemented his legal competence with a training as a correspondent in German, and he has special experience in advising in cases involving German-language documents.
