Iain McCondichie

Iain Mccondichie is currently a Shift Facilities Engineer at Plessey Semiconductors Ltd since May 2023 and has served in the Royal Navy from January 2012, progressing through various roles including HVAC Supervisor, Leading Engineer Technician, and Apprentice Technician in Marine Engineering. Iain holds a Foundation degree in Marine Systems Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Organizational Leadership, and a Level 3 First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute. Additionally, Iain has completed a Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching from the Defence College of Intelligence and possesses an F-Gas Category 1 qualification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology.
