Sai Kiran Ayyala

Sai Kiran Ayyala is a highly skilled engineer with a strong background in process development and integration, currently serving as a Principal Process Development & Integration Engineer at Plessey Semiconductors Ltd since March 2022. Sai has extensive experience in battery research, having worked as a Project Engineer at WMG, University of Warwick, where investigations focused on Li-ion battery behavior and material risk evaluation. Earlier roles included Research Engineer at the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE), where Sai developed gas sensors for ISRO and monitored environmental air quality, and a Summer Intern position at the Indian Institute of Science. Sai holds a PhD in MEMS Devices from the University of Warwick, a Master's in Materials Science from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, and a Bachelor's in Nanotechnology from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
