Wayne Francis

Wayne Francis is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in management accounting and financial systems. Currently serving as the Finance Manager and Systems Accountant at Plessey Semiconductors Ltd since July 2015, Wayne oversees daily financial and management accounting activities. Prior positions include SAP Finance Data Migration Analyst at Smith & Nephew and SAP Systems Accountant roles at both Plessey Semiconductors and GKN Aerospace, where Wayne contributed to projects involving SAP implementation and financial processes. Wayne has also held leadership roles as Finance Director for Zarlink Semiconductor and Zarlink's worldwide operations, managing teams and implementing financial controls. Wayne's educational background includes a CGMA in Management Accountancy from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a BSc in Physics from Swansea University.
