Brett Nelson

Brett Nelson is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience at Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP, where Brett has held positions as Partner, Associate, and Law Clerk since June 1999. In addition to legal practice, Brett serves on the Board of Directors and as President of Paws and Think, Inc., an organization focused on improving community quality of life through the human-animal bond. Brett previously owned The Smiling Serpent, a specialty pet store dedicated to captive bred reptiles and amphibians, from 1992 to 1994. Academically, Brett holds a J.D. from Full Stack Squad (1997-1999) and a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington (1989-1992), complemented by an education at Bloomington High School South (1986-1989).
