David Jose

David Jose is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare, corporate, administrative, and regulatory law. Currently serving as a Partner in the Health Care Group at SmithAmundsen LLC, David Jose regularly collaborates with hospitals, mental health centers, long-term care facilities, and physicians. David Jose has held the position of Partner at Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP since 2015 and has been Legal Counsel for the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library since 2009. Additionally, David Jose serves on the Board of Directors for Tangram and previously worked as a Partner at Krieg DeVault, LLP, from 2002 to 2015, as well as at Locke Reynolds LLP from 1981 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston College Law School and a Master’s degree in Political Science and East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from Earlham College in the same fields.
