Christine Glowe has over 25 years of work experience in technical support and related roles. Christine began their career at RGIS in 1996 as a Data Clerk and Troubleshooter, where they worked until 1999. Christine then assumed the role of QA Specialist and Parts Clerk until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, Christine served as a Technical Support Specialist at RGIS. In 2019, they joined Plex Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support Representative, and in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Representative.

Christine Glowe began their education in 1994 at Western Michigan University, where they studied Pre-Engineering. Christine later attended Macomb Community College in 1995, where they pursued General Studies. In 2014, Christine obtained a certification in CompTIA A+. Additionally, they acquired various certifications in different areas such as Cultivating Mental Agility, Embracing Unexpected Change, and Leading Your Team Through Change in October 2019, all obtained through LinkedIn.
