Pamela Tavares

Pamela Tavares has extensive experience in engagement and delivery management, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Plex Systems, Inc. since January 2018. Previously, at PKC Group Plc from May 2011 to August 2016, Pamela held multiple roles, including Operations Support Team Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing inventory accuracy and standardizing ERP processes across manufacturing plants. As a Project and System Design Specialist for Supply Chain Management, notable achievements included leading the transition of Oracle Applications ERP modules to Plex ERP System and coordinating inventory management strategies. Pamela's earlier experience includes serving as an EDI Analyst and Procurement Assistant at Peñoles, where contributions were made towards system analyses and cost reduction projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Commerce in European Studies from Universidad de Burgos.
