Jennifer P. Hopp is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capital expert currently serving as Managing Partner at ATO Ventures, a pre-seed and seed stage Venture Capital fund in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including BOD and Interim ED at Plexo Foundation, aimed at supporting underrepresented fund managers, and Founder of Valid Startup, which offers a hands-on program for entrepreneurs to validate their business ideas. Jennifer has extensive experience as a private investor and has served on multiple non-profit boards in Puerto Rico, contributing to organizations such as Colmena 66 and Puerto Rico One. Jennifer also founded WeMakeItSafer.com, providing critical product safety information, and has held interim CEO positions at various companies. Jennifer's academic background includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and degrees from the University of Oxford and University of California, Berkeley, in Economics and Japanese.
