Darlene Burton, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions in different companies. Darlene Burton, is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Plexos Group, LLC, where they oversee all HR aspects of large and complex projects, collaborates with the finance team, and manages internal HR policies. Prior to their current role, Darlene served as the Human Resources Director, responsible for staffing solutions, timekeeping policies, client billings, benefits, recruiting, leaves of absence, and management training at Plexos Group, LLC. Before joining Plexos Group, LLC, Darlene worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company. Darlene has also held HR positions at IronGate Cybersecurity LLC, CB&I, Shaw Environmental, Inc., and The Shaw Group. Darlene Burton, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of human resources.

Darlene Burton has a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which they obtained from Southern University and A&M College- Baton Rouge in 2007. Darlene Burton, also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University, completed between 1999 and 2004. In terms of certifications, Darlene obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in 2018.
