Amy Aquino-Ustare

Amy Ustare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Amy is currently working as a Product Owner at Plexure since March 2023. Prior to this, Amy held various positions at Plexure including Senior Business Analyst from August 2021 to March 2022 and Software Test Engineer from July 2020 to August 2021. Amy also served as the Global Applications Development Manager at Transcom from August 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as a Business Analyst at Vacancy.care from November 2016 to May 2017. Amy also had a long tenure at Willis Towers Watson, where they served as a Business Analyst Team Manager from January 2013 to June 2016 and as a Senior Business Analyst from March 2010 to January 2013. Amy began their career at Accenture, where they held several roles including Systems Analyst Team Lead from November 2008 to March 2010, Development Team Lead from June 2007 to November 2008, Senior Software Engineer from June 2005 to June 2007, and Junior Software Engineer from August 2003 to June 2005.

Amy Ustare completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, majoring in Information Technology, from De La Salle University. Amy received this degree from 1999 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021. Amy also acquired the IIBA - Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) from the IIBA in May 2020.
