Kelvin Fan

Kelvin Fan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and product development within the electronics and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Supervisor in Manufacturing Engineering at Plexus Corp. since June 2023, Kelvin is responsible for the introduction of new product initiatives (NPI) and current production of PCBA and electromechanical hardware. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Instrument Manufacturing Engineering at LumiraDx, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the manufacturing transfer and production of Point of Care In-Vitro Diagnostic medical devices, and leading manufacturing engineering teams at Borderless Incorporated and Jaguar Land Rover. Kelvin holds a Master's Degree in Aero-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and has gained valuable practical experience through internships at renowned organizations such as Rolls-Royce and HAESL.
