Prior experience includes roles at AB InBev where Leandro advanced through various leadership positions, culminating in Plant General Manager from January 2010 to December 2019, and project management roles at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo. Leandro holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Environmental Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
