Neena Varghese

Neena Varghese has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the General Manager at Plexus Corp. since November 2020, after holding various titles including Director of Program Management and Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Neena Varghese worked at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2007 to November 2020, where responsibilities included Group Manager positions in Operations, EHS, and Manufacturing Engineering, along with roles as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as Product Process Engineer at Cummins Inc. from September 2004 to December 2006. Neena Varghese holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
