Rachel Matthews

Rachel Matthews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare, life sciences, aerospace, and defense sectors. Since December 2011, Rachel has held various executive positions at Plexus Corp., including Market Sector Vice President for both Healthcare/Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defense, as well as senior director roles in customer management and business development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales at Vanguard EMS and Inside Sales Manager at Unicircuit (TTM Technologies). Earlier career roles include positions in product marketing at Viasystems and product development at Chronopol. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a BSc Hons in Chemistry from Imperial College London, with additional studies in Inorganic Chemistry at l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux.
