Victor C.

Victor C. currently serves as the Global Head of Reverse Logistics at Plexus Corp., overseeing operations in MEX, North America, Europe, and Asia since August 2021. Victor is responsible for implementing new reverse logistics solutions, optimizing the logistics infrastructure for the sustaining services division, and establishing key performance indicators. Previously, Victor held the position of Senior Director of Logistics and Trade Compliance at Flextronics, where significant achievements in trade compliance and operational improvements were made. Prior roles included Workcell Manager and Logistics & Traffic Manager at Jabil, as well as positions at HP and Solectron focused on logistics management and distribution. Victor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
