Lynne Hudson

Lynne Hudson is Interim President and Chief Executive Officer for Plexxus.

As the past Chief Executive Officer at Canada’s most respected charities, Lynne has a passion for delivering proven results through times of organizational change.

Lynne’s visionary leadership was instrumental in the success of the historic merger between the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS). Her results-oriented approach helped guide CCS through tremendous transformational change to achieve an incredible year-over-year reduction in fundraising expenses, bottom-line improvement in its first fiscal year post-merger and a significant surplus in the second year.

She was awarded Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 in 2018.

Following her time at CCS, Lynne served as the Chief Executive Officer of Make-A-Wish® Canada where she completed the merger integration of Make-A-Wish Canada and the Children’s Wish Foundation. This resulted in a reduction in fundraising expenses as well as more streamlined processes to better operate during and post the Covid 19 lockdown.

An accomplished leader with extensive experience in change management, strategic planning, fundraising and development, Lynne has worked in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors both domestically and internationally.

She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
