Gabrièle de Lamaze (Gallet de St-Aurin) has worked in various roles in the customer success and marketing fields since 2006. In 2006, they completed a stage as a Chargée d'études RH at Le Groupe La Poste. The following year, they completed a stage as a Chargée de Recrutement at Manpower. In 2008, they worked as a Consultante Management en Organisation Junior at AVB Solutions (Protection Sociale). From 2009 to 2018, they worked at ARCANEO as a Responsable de Projets Evenementiels & Marketing Senior, where they were responsible for communication, marketing operations and digital, and event planning. In 2018, they co-founded Engage Paris, the first French-speaking event on Customer Success, which brought together 120 CS and 20 speakers for five conferences and eight workshops. Since 2016, they have been working at Plezi, where they have held various roles, including Head of Customer Success (and Happiness) - Associée, Team Lead CS - Associée, and CSM. In these roles, they have been responsible for creating teams, recruiting, training, and managing customer retention processes, as well as creating links with customers.

Gabrièle de Lamaze (Gallet de St-Aurin) completed a Cursus complet - Master 2 from ESSCA School of Management in the field of RH et Communication from 2003 to 2009. Gabrièle also obtained a Master 2 RH from Université Paris Cité from 2007 to 2008, and an MBA from the University of the Philippines in the field of Management of Innovation, Communication & HR from 2006 to 2007.
