Medhane Asefaw has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 with the co-founding role at Dicore, a creative company. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Nightclub Manager at Satin and also served as an Operations Developer at Sveriges Elevråds Centralorganisation - SECO during the same period. In 2010, Medhane co-founded Milkbar, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2012. In 2012, they co-founded Plick AB and held the role of Creative Director.
Medhane Asefaw attended Hyper Island from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Digital Media.

Plick is an online marketplace that trades second hand and vintage clothes, shoes, and accessories. Sellers can access the site and order their pick-up dates, which run every Sunday at the inner city of Stockholm.
