Ben Skach

Ben Skach has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Campaign Finance Intern for US Senator Jeff Merkley, where they were responsible for writing memos, researching potential donors, and processing campaign donations. In 2015, they worked as a Development Intern for the American Hiking Society. From 2016-2017, Ben served as an Outdoor Trip Leader for Overland Summers. In 2018, they joined UBM plc, first as an Email Marketing Coordinator in the attendee marketing department, where they designed and coded emails and implemented dynamic content. Subsequently, they became an Email Marketing Specialist, contributing to campaign strategy and coordinating workflow between teams. In 2018, Ben also worked for OutdoorGearLab as a Review Editor, producing in-depth reviews of outdoor gear. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Plink, starting in 2022 after progressing from Junior Product Manager in 2021 and previously being a Product Marketing Associate from 2020 to 2021.

Ben Skach attended Lincoln High School from 2009 to 2013. Ben then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science at Tufts University from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also studied Tibetan and Himalayan Peoples at the School for International Training.
