Pernilla Abrahamsson

Pernilla Abrahamsson is an experienced professional in talent management and vendor coordination, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Plint since March 2019, overseeing recruitment, onboarding processes, and training for freelancers and vendors. Prior to this, Pernilla worked as a Senior Vendor Coordinator at Semantix Sverige, where responsibilities included recruitment, negotiation, and quality assessment. From January 2000 to June 2018, Pernilla held the position of Quality & Vendor Manager at Amesto Translations, leading the Translation/QC & Vendor Management team and implementing ISO standards. Pernilla's career also includes experience as a translator and quality controller for English, Norwegian, and Danish into Swedish, and participation in the Swedish technical committee for the European translation quality standard. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation and a Master of Arts in English and French Language and Literature, both obtained from the University of Gothenburg.
