Sebastian Monzon

Sebastian Monzon is a Senior Data Scientist at Plinth Analytics since January 2025, with prior experience at Tempus Labs, Inc. from October 2021 to January 2025, where key contributions included executing HEOR and epidemiology analyses, leading to significant revenue through new contracts and publications. Previously, Sebastian served as a Senior Data Analyst in Pharmacy at Lumere, a GHX company, focused on optimizing clinical resource utilization. Earlier in the career, Sebastian was a Teaching Fellow at Sun Yat-sen University, developing courses in Business Writing and American History, and co-founded Wellinks, pioneering strap-based monitors for patient engagement. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and completed a Data Science Immersive program at Flatiron School.
