Jessica O'Neill

Jessica O'Neill currently serves as the Partnerships Lead at plinth since November 2023. Previously, as an Operations Associate at Seismic from July 2022 to November 2023, Jessica organized multiple events, expanded the team significantly, developed key policies, and contributed to a highly positive workplace culture. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Oxford Economics, where Jessica managed multiple projects and conducted significant research. Jessica completed a Master's degree in International and Social Public Policy at The London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Jessica has experience in student government, research assistance, and leadership within various organizations.
