Milton Benito Leon Rodriguez is an experienced engineering manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in software development and business ownership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Chapter Lead Backend at plista since July 2016, Milton also holds the position of CEO at Veloxishop, where the focus is on supporting the development of small and medium enterprises in Cuba. Additionally, as the owner of Cubaleon, a family-operated travel agency situated in Berlin and Havana, Milton promotes Cuban tourism. Previous experience includes roles as a PHP Developer at datedicted GmbH and as a Magento PHP developer at Menzel GBR.
