Michael Ricordeau

Michael Ricordeau is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in telecom architecture and system administration. As the Founder and CTO of Plivo Inc since November 2011, Michael focuses on enhancing customer experience and advancing technology to simplify business communications. Prior roles include Technical Architect and System Architect at Newtech Interactive, where responsibilities included telecom design, fraud prevention algorithm development, and infrastructure management. Earlier experience as a Linux System Administrator at Atchik and IT technician positions at A2R micro and CCGA equipped Michael with a solid foundation in network and system administration. Michael holds a Technician Degree in System and Network Administration from GROUPE IGS.
