Melinda Howard

Melinda Howard is an experienced professional in training, systems, and property management with a strong background in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Training and Systems at PLK Communities, Melinda has also held positions as Director of Training and Development and Director of Business Systems and Training at the same organization. Prior to this, Melinda worked at Hills Properties as Director of Business Systems and Training and Property Manager, as well as at Lifestyle Communities as a Property Manager. Melinda began a career in property management at Hills Properties in roles such as Leasing Manager and Leasing Consultant. Melinda earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from Coastal Carolina University from 2006 to 2010.
