Tiffany Beck Obe

Tiffany Beck OBE serves as the Head of Education and Associate Director at PLMR - Communications with Impact since August 2019. As the Chair of Trustees at Maritime Academy Trust since September 2016, Tiffany co-founded and strategically led the establishment and development of a high-performing trust that has grown from three to seven primary schools in Greenwich and Medway. Tiffany also provides expert support to school leaders and governors through engagements with The Key, and has held the position of National Leader of Governance at the National College for Teaching & Leadership until July 2022, focusing on governance improvement and coaching. Additional roles include Fellowship at The RSA and Senior Governance Advisor at REAch2 Academy Trust. Education credentials include a programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida.
