Arif Bijak

Arif Bijak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application services and customer support within the information technology sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Application Services at PLN Icon Plus since January 2023, Arif has previously held various managerial and supervisory roles at PT PLN (Persero) from January 2011 to December 2022, including Manager of Customer Services Application and Manager of Corporate Application Development. Arif holds a Master of Business Administration from Universitas Gadjah Mada, attained between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, completed in 2010.
