David Wang

David Wang is a Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney, where they focus on developing novel inorganic and hybrid membranes for efficient industrial separation processes. They joined the university in March 2017 and have previously held an ARC-DECRA Fellowship at the University of Queensland, leading research in rapid thermal processing of gas separation membranes. David's past roles include Radiation Therapist at multiple cancer care facilities and Board Director of the Membrane Society of Australasia. They earned a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Queensland, where their research contributed significantly to the fields of biomaterials and drug delivery. David also serves on the editorial boards of PLOS ONE and Scientific Reports.
