Ryan Lynch began their professional career in 2009 as a Kitchen Assistant at the Western Health and Social Care Trust. In 2015, they joined PlotBox as a Product Manager and later became the Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for responding to customers in a professional friendly manner using software such as Intercom and Zendesk. Ryan also managed a support team through training and performance review and set up a support rota to manage their expansion to the U.S. market.
Ryan Lynch obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Ulster University between 2010 and 2014, majoring in Political Science and Government. Ryan has also obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Reviews & Metrics for Software Improvements (November 2019), Agile Planning for Software Products (October 2019), Client Needs and Software Requirements (October 2019), Introduction to Software Product Management (October 2019), and Software Processes and Agile Practices (October 2019). Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
