Chad Damewood is an experienced construction professional with extensive expertise in concrete and paving. At Plote Construction Inc. since March 2015, Chad serves as a Concrete Superintendent. Prior roles include Concrete Foreman at Alliance Contracting Inc. and Paving Superintendent at Shafer Contracting. Chad's background encompasses a significant tenure as Foreman/Superintendent at Gallagher Asphalt/Logistics Concrete, where major projects included the Centerpoint Intermodal and CSX Rail yard. Additionally, Chad has held positions as Paving Foreman/Job Superintendent at Smith Concrete Services and as the Owner of Concrete and Masonry, overseeing diverse projects from small commercial to high-end residential. Chad began a career in the industry as a Concrete finisher/Mason at Steve Tate Construction.
