Karen Busch

Karen Busch is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in supporting executive leadership and managing operations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Plote Construction Inc. since February 2011, Karen has initiated and maintained an internship program while facilitating daily operations. Prior roles include serving as Regional Assistant at Blockbuster, providing support across multiple departments for a vast network of stores, and working as an Administrator at MP Marketing Services. Earlier in their career, Karen held the position of Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer at American National Bank, where responsibilities included underwriting loans and fostering relationships with local real estate firms. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bradley University.
