Matt Solie has over two decades of experience in the facilities maintenance and electrical fields, currently serving as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at Plow & Hearth since June 2003, after progressing from the role of Industrial Electrical Technician. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Maintenance Technician at Plow & Hearth from 2000 to 2003. Matt holds a degree as a Journeyman Electrician, specializing in Electrical/Electronics Equipment Installation and Repair, obtained from Charlottesville Albemarle Technical Education Center between 2003 and 2007.
