Ting Xu has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 as the President & Founder of Evergreen Enterprises. In 2010, Ting Xu became the CEO & Co-Owner of Plow & Hearth, taking on a proactive approach to company management. In 2015, they became the Company Owner of VivaTerra International LLC. Ting is also a Founder's Circle Member of Startup Virginia since 2017, an Investor in Common House since 2020, and an Incubator at Lighthouse Labs RVA since 2021. Ting Xu also serves as a Board Member for various organizations including Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, VPM, The Nature Conservancy, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, where they hold the position of Vice President and Director of the Foundation Board.
