John German

John German has extensive experience in operations and financial management within the service industry, currently serving as Zone Vice President and Senior Director of Operations at PLS Financial Services since January 2012, with P&L accountability for the Western Zone and pivotal leadership in the management of 48 check cashing stores across five states. Prior to this, John held various leadership roles at Bally Total Fitness from 1991 to 2011, including VP of Operations/Sales, with responsibility for P&L across 46 clubs on the East Coast and Midwest, managing over 1600 employees and more than 400,000 members. John holds a BS in Marketing from the University of West Florida and has a strong educational background that includes degrees in Marketing and Business from other institutions.
