Arash Khalatbari

Valuation Analyst at Plug and Play

Arash Khalatbari has a diverse work experience in the finance and technology sectors. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Valuation Analyst at 500 Startups, a global venture capital seed fund. During their time there, they managed seed investments across 60 countries and spoke over 25 languages. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Arash worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Tahlilgaranebazar Group. This role allowed him to develop their financial analysis skills. Most recently, they joined Plug and Play Tech Center in 2015 as a Valuation Analyst. As part of this global innovation platform, Arash connected startups to corporations and invested in over 100 companies each year.

Arash Khalatbari began their education in 2001 at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad), where they studied Mathematics until 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2010, they attended the Sharif University of Technology and completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2011, Arash pursued further studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in Finance. Arash successfully obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2013 from Stanford University.
