Jakob Gaard

Jakob Gaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. As of 2020, Jakob serves as Senior Manager and Country Lead for Denmark at Plug and Play Tech Center, a global leader in innovation and corporate consultancy. Previous roles include various managerial positions at the Danish American Chamber of Commerce and 10X Innovation Lab, highlighting a strong background in fostering trade relations and supporting cross-border innovation. Jakob co-founded Shouting Monkey ApS and has been an active participant in youth entrepreneurship initiatives, such as the Young Enterprise Alumni group Denmark. Educational qualifications include a second Master’s degree in Disruptive Innovation and a Master’s in International Business from Hult International Business School, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Business Development Engineering from Aarhus University.
