Joe Decarlo

Joe DeCarlo is a highly experienced executive with a diverse background in consulting, business development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Sr. Consultant at Strategy Management Group / Balanced Scorecard Institute since February 2021, Joe leads customer experience initiatives and oversees global consulting engagements. As an Executive-in-Residence at Plug and Play Tech Center since March 2009, Joe advises start-ups on strategy and funding, while simultaneously managing DeCarlo Consulting Inc., providing strategic guidance to a range of organizations. Previously held key roles at both IBM and the Balanced Scorecard Institute, where Joe focused on international operations, development of educational materials, and enhancing consulting services. Joe is also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds multiple advanced certifications in performance management and project management.
