Nuño Arroyo

Nuño Arroyo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and investment. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Plug and Play Tech Center since March 2025, Arroyo previously held the position of Consejero Delegado at CERMER from December 2016 to February 2025, where the focus was on establishing the brand as a global leader in ceramic food packaging. Arroyo founded and directed N Capital, addressing succession issues in family businesses in Spain from January 2015 to February 2025, and contributed as a mentor at Endeavor from February 2014 to January 2025, supporting high-impact entrepreneurs.
