Philip Engelhardt

Philip Engelhardt has extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors, currently serving as Executive in Residence at Plug and Play Tech Center since October 2012. As Managing Partner at PhilQuo Ventures from January 2005 to December 2023, portfolio positions included consumer-facing web services and digital media, with significant exits to public companies. Engelhardt has held board positions at several organizations, including WebSight Design, Inc., RKO Pictures, and Miranda Technologies. Previous roles include Investment Partner at Tech-Rx and Chairman & CEO at SimpleDisability Inc. Notably, Engelhardt served as SVP and Senior Advisor to the CEO at Silicon Graphics, Inc. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelier des Lettres in Philosophy from Lycée Français de New York.
