Kathryn Urquhart

Advisory Council Member at Plug In America

Kathryn is currently the Senior Program Director for Plug In America’s EV consumer and dealer engagement programs. She has extensive experience focusing on the confluence of transportation policies, environmental policies, and the adoption of renewable energy technologies. Previously Kathryn was the Low Emission Vehicle Network Director for C40 Cities, connecting some of the largest cities worldwide on transportation priorities to reduce GHG emissions. She also has worked for former Vice President Al Gore’s nonprofit Climate Reality Project (previously the Alliance for Climate Protection) on the Political Program Team. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Kathryn has a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara.
