Alina Citowicz

Alina Citowicz, PMP, has a strong background in project management and engineering. Alina most recently worked at Plug Power as the Manager of H2 Project Management, overseeing the planning, development, and installation of hydrogen fueling infrastructure. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Plug Power, where they managed the installation of fueling systems at various customer organizations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Before joining Plug Power, Alina worked at Saint-Gobain Abrasives as a Product Manager, where they managed a $27 million portfolio and was responsible for the life cycle of abrasive products. Alina also worked at Environment One Corporation as a Senior Applications Engineer, where they facilitated sales in the Power industry by creating proposals for custom solutions based on customer specifications.

Alina's experience also includes working at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Project Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects in the Space and Defense industry. Alina was responsible for all project phases, including design, manufacturing, validation, and delivery. Additionally, they worked at Delphi as a Senior Applications/Project Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer, where they led cross-functional teams, managed program launches, and ensured quality standards were met.

Throughout their career, Alina has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects, collaborate with teams, and meet customer requirements.

Alina Citowicz, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they earned between 1997 and 2001. Alina further pursued their education at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and International Management from 2001 to 2003. In 2010, Alina successfully obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Delphi Corporation in 2007.
