Brad Dillard

Brad Dillard has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Brad currently works at Plug Power as a Technical Support Specialist and has been with the company since December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Field Service Representative at Plug Power from April 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Plug Power, Brad worked at UPS where they held various roles. Brad was a Dispatch Supervisor and also worked as a PDS and OMS. Brad was with UPS from October 2016 to April 2018.

Brad also has experience in the construction industry, specifically in poultry farming. Brad worked at Hog Slat, Incorporated | Georgia Poultry Equipment Company as an Installation Manager from February 2011 to July 2016. In this role, they oversaw the construction, equipment installation, plumbing/electrical installation, and start-up of new poultry farms.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Brad worked as a Social Services Technician at Northwest Regional Hospital from December 2008 to December 2009. Brad also worked as a Geriatric Specialist at Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare from February 2004 to November 2008.

Brad Dillard completed their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Dalton State College from 1989 to 1991. Brad then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Brad obtained a certification in Management Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2021.
