Denis Baker CSP has extensive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Sr Director of EHS at Plug Power since March 2025, Denis previously held the role of Director of EHS at Blue Bird Corporation, where leadership involved collaboration with the United Steel Workers Union to establish zero-tolerance rules. Denis has also worked as SR HSE Manager at Tenaris, managing a large team dedicated to health and safety while implementing a behavior change system, and as Director of HSE at Ferguson plc. As Owner/CEO of Leader Influence LLC, Denis developed a successful coaching and training business for executive leaders. Additionally, past roles include Vice President of EHS/DOT/Fleet at Flogistix, LP, where Denis implemented employee-centered safety programs. Denis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.
