Fan Yang has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and research. They began their career at Purdue University as a Research Assistant, focusing on the synthesis and analysis of cathode materials. They also contributed to making Li metal electrodes rechargeable. At Giner, Inc., Fan worked as a Project Scientist, before moving on to Plug Power where they held various roles including Project Scientist, Senior Scientist, and currently an Engineering Manager.
Fan Yang holds a Bachelor's degree in Material Science & Engineering from Tianjin University, which they obtained in 2012. Following this, they joined Purdue University and completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2014 to 2015.
