Kozeta Laventure

Kozeta LaVenture has extensive work experience in finance and analysis. Kozeta is currently the VP of Finance at Plug Power, a role they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Plug Power from April 2018 to June 2022. Before joining Plug Power, Kozeta was the Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at the company from August 2017 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Controller of the Outage Services Division at Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis from October 2013 to July 2017. Kozeta was also employed at KPMG, where they served as a Senior Manager from 2010 to September 2013 and as a Senior Associate from January 2005 to July 2010.

Kozeta LaVenture obtained a BBA degree in Accounting from Siena College between 2002 and 2004. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued an Executive MBA at SUNY Albany, although no specific field of study was mentioned.
