Product Manager at Plug Power

Moe Hoteit has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. In 2014, they started as a Validation Engineer Intern at Hyundai Mobis North America. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Electrical Engineering at ZF Group. Following this, they joined Ford Motor Company as a VEV M1 Build Engineer- Project Manager in 2017. Moe then transitioned to Navitas Systems, LLC, where they worked as an Engineering Program Manager from February 2018 to July 2019. During the same period, they also held the role of Technical Product Manager at Navitas Systems, LLC, where they led the product line and defined the product strategy. In 2019, Moe founded PEAKOLOGY with a mission to assist in transforming people's lives and create conscious leaders. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Product Manager at Plug Power, responsible for managing a product line portfolio and expanding market leadership through the product lifecycle. Throughout their career, Moe has demonstrated a wide range of skills in areas such as product management, engineering, and program management.

Moe Hoteit completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, Moe obtained certifications in the field of Organizational Leadership through iPEC Coaching, including a Core Energy Coaching degree. In terms of additional certifications, Moe acquired the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in January 2022. Moe also obtained certifications such as the COR.E Dynamics | Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS) and the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching in July 2021 and December 2020 respectively. Furthermore, Moe holds the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching, which was attained in October 2020. Moe is also an ICF member, as evidenced by the ICF Member Badge obtained in July 2021.
