Tammy Kemp

Tammy Kemp has a diverse work experience. Tammy currently works as an HCM Support Analyst at Plug Power starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at STV as an HRIS Analyst where they were responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (Workday). Tammy also worked solo in maintaining and updating the Workday HCM system for five months. Before that, Tammy was a HR Shared Services Coordinator at STV.

Tammy's earlier work experience includes roles at Penn National Gaming. Tammy served as an HR Project Coordinator, where they facilitated the integration of newly acquired properties into HR platforms and systems. Tammy also assisted in the migration of the HRIS to a new software program. Tammy also worked as a Risk Management Assistant & Equity Plan Administrator, handling insurance renewals, risk management system administration, and insurance-related responsibilities. Additionally, they were a Travel Coordinator and Office Assistant, providing support to various executives and handling travel coordination, stock plan administration, and office administration tasks.

Tammy Kemp holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Regarding their ongoing education, they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, starting in 2022 and expected to graduate in 2024.
