William Gonzalez

William Gonzalez has extensive experience in the field of network administration. William began their career as an IT Specialist at Associated Credit Union of Texas in 2008 and then moved on to become a Jr. Network Administrator at Smart Financial Credit Union in 2011. At Smart Financial Credit Union, William was responsible for updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Cisco VoIP system.

In 2014, William joined JSC Federal Credit Union as a Network Administrator. In this role, they orchestrated the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of multiple Network, Collaboration, and IT Security systems. William also managed IP Security Systems, including Crow Strike, Dell Secure Works, Trace Security, Cisco Fire Power, and Cisco ASA Firewalls/IPS.

After eight years with JSC Federal Credit Union, William transitioned to Bishop Lifting Products in 2022 as a Senior Network Administrator. William'sresponsibilities included the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of network systems. William left Bishop Lifting Products in 2023 to join Plug Power as a Senior Network Administrator.

Throughout their career, William has demonstrated expertise in managing network systems, Cisco IP phone systems, and IP Security Systems. William is highly skilled in troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining network infrastructure.

William Gonzalez attended San Jacinto College from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
