Eddie B.

Eddie B. has a long history of work experience. Eddie began their career in 2006 as a Customer Care Representative at Global Touch, Inc. In 2007, they moved to Convergys as a Customer Support Professional. In 2008, they joined D+H as a Bilingual Product Access Administrator. In 2010, they were a CAD and Drafting Technician at Ingersoll Machine Tools. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at StarTech.com in various roles, including Process Improvement Lead, French SEO and Content Developer, Senior Technical Advisor & Trainer, and Technical Advisor - Multilingual. In 2019, they also began working at Fanshawe College as an Adjunct Professor, administering Windows Servers. Most recently, in 2022, Eddie B. joined Plugable Technologies as a Channel Analyst.

Eddie B. attended Griffith University from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Fanshawe College from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Computer Systems Technician in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Eddie also obtained CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in October 2016 and CompTIA Network+ ce from CompTIA in August 2016.
